Your Responsibilities Will Include: Carrying out physical/manual labour tasks safely, including lifting and transporting materials Assisting tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with hands‑on support Operating and maintaining hand tools, small plant, and equipment safely Following safety procedures and helping maintain a safe work environment Performing general housekeeping duties as needed Attending pre‑start and toolbox meetings Reviewing and contributing to Safe Work Method Statements and signing on as required What You'll Need: Valid Driver’s Licence Construction White Card Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills Ability to work effectively in a team supporting skilled tradespeople Leading Hand and/or Supervisory experience Truck Driver’s Licence (HR/HC/MC) High‑risk work Licence – WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB Safe Work at Heights certification Prior experience on construction projects Ability to read and interpret layout and general arrangement drawings Attractive weekly remuneration, with overtime paid at penalty rates Paid travel, accommodation, and meals for work away from home Option to bank overtime as TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) for extended paid breaks Comprehensive training and career development programmes Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles 12% employer superannuation contributions Salary sacrifice options All required tools, PPE, uniforms, and boots supplied Supportive team culture with a strong focus on safety and wellbeing About RJE Global: RJE Global is a privately owned Australian company known for delivering complete solutions across design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
