Responsibilities Manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve results. Train staff, drive floor sales, and ensure visual merchandising standards. Maintain stock control, health & safety, and store security. Qualifications Management / leadership experience.
