If you have a strong background from complex technical projects, excel in a collaborative environment, and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions, we want to hear from you YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing complex, technical projects that drive the development of cutting‑edge communication systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, manage resources, and ensure successful, on‑time, and on‑budget project delivery. Additionally, you will be pivotal in the planning, execution, and optimization of our project management processes. You will develop and execute integration, verification, validation, and qualification plans, including test case development and execution, to ensure our products meet customer expectations, technical standards, and regulatory requirements. You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, including test results. You will provide regular updates on project progress and conduct thorough reviews to support continuous improvement and informed decision‑making. You will lead the definition of technical project scope, success criteria, and objectives for customer projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. You will play a pivotal role ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You will take ownership of system integration and deployment, ensuring seamless integration of both internal and partner products while proactively identifying and resolving or mitigating potential issues. You will oversee the installation and configuration of software and hardware components, ensuring successful deployment and operational readiness. You will lead and manage diverse smaller projects, collaborating with external partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment. YOUR PROFILE You have at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, System Engineer, or Technical Product Manager, preferably more and from ideally within high‑tech environments. You hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a similar technical field. You possess a solid understanding of Linux/Windows OS and strong network infrastructure skills. You take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, just as you thrive on working independently and managing stakeholders. You also enjoy working closely with your colleagues within an agile software development environment. Generally, you are comfortable working "hands‑on" and taking an operational approach with customers on‑site implementing our solutions (UATs). You live within commuting distance of Aarhus, and you speak and write Danish and English fluently. You have a clean criminal record and you are a Danish citizen or you have lived in Denmark for at least the last 7 years.
