About the Role The Rowing Administrator and Coach plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of the School's Rowing Program. This role provides essential administrative, logistical, and on-the-ground support to coaches, students, and families, ensuring training sessions, events, and program activities run smoothly. Working closely with the Rowing Coordinator and the 1st VIII Coach, the Rowing Administrator and Coach supports consistency across all year levels, fostering an inclusive and positive team culture, and ensures alignment with the School's sporting values. To be successful in this opportunity you will require: Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, communication, and general program administration within a rowing program. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Understanding of rowing operations, including regatta preparation, safety protocols, and equipment management. Ability to lead by example, modelling the School's values and fostering an inclusive, student-centred culture. Understanding of safe practices in a sporting environment, including supervision requirements and duty of care Current Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
