About the Role As a Clinical Nurse on Ward 43 you will care for a diverse mix of general medical this key leadership role you will act as a team leader mentor junior staff and serve as a professional resource and role model. What You’ll Bring We are looking for a passionate and experienced nurse with : Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Clinical leadership experience with a focus on working in a team. A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 2 years post‑graduate experience in the relevant specialty. Post‑graduate qualifications (highly regarded). Remuneration A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 $58.82 superannuation based on experience and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Clinical Nurse / Midwife Level 2 gr1gr4).
