Crewing Travel & Production Coordinator – Television/Outside Broadcast NEP is Australia’s leading provider of outsourced television production services. NEP Australia is currently looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team at Eveleigh. This fixed term contract position runs from February 2026 to October 2026 . You will work within the Crewing, Production and Travel team to coordinate our freelance crew’s travel for live sports broadcasts. The hybrid role’s hours are primarily Monday to Friday business hours but due to the nature of live sport, will include after hours and some weekend work. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Liaise with broadcast crew to organise flights and accommodation for all projects Coordinate efficient ground transport between airport, venues and hotels Manage crew correspondence and emails Organise accreditation and venue induction requirements Required skills and attributes: Minimum of one year travel experience desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work under pressure and solve problems Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously High level of organisation and attention to detail Benefits of working at NEP NEP Travel benefits & discounts including Qantas Club Membership & Flight Centre Discounts through Employment Hero Work app Employee Assistance Program On site parking at Eveleigh (subject to availability) This Full-Time contract position is located in Sydney.
