About the Role As a Home Care Support Worker, you will deliver a range of essential services providing domestic duties (cleaning & laundry), personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and mobility assistance within the home and local community. Most importantly, you will provide care and support to your clients, prioritising their well‑being at all times. Key Responsibilities Assist with domestic duties (cleaning & laundry) Support personal grooming & hygiene assistance Provide medication reminders and meal planning/preparation Offer mobility assistance and local community support Prioritise client well‑being and provide compassionate care Qualifications & Requirements Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Home and Community Care) OR Bachelor/Dip of Nursing (or completed first‑year study towards it) Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance First Aid and CPR certificate (required to commence work) Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages welcomed.
