Job Description As the Assistant Restaurant Manager , you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will lead the team through busy service periods, train crew, proactively improve guest experience, and support inventory and financial management as required. Training will commence in another restaurant prior to the Dayton GYG opening.
