ARYZTA employs approximately 7,500 people worldwide and is recognised as a leading frozen bakery because of its high‑quality, delicious food. Our new manufacturing site will be located in Nambeelup, WA (12 km from Mandurah and 60 km south of Perth) and is scheduled to launch at the beginning of January. Opportunity The role: Sanitation Manager reporting to the Plant Manager WA. As a hands‑on leader, you will manage the sanitation function, ensuring that hygiene standards at the site meet the highest levels of food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage the Site Sanitation Program, ensuring that equipment and facility sanitation is performed safely, sanitarily, and efficiently. Review sanitation needs with Department Managers to prevent scheduling conflicts. Implement an effective Pest Control Program, Waste Management and Environmental Program that complies with company and regulatory standards. Schedule and manage additional cleaning requirements for adequate facility cleanliness. Ensure that the correct cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals are available and maintained to company standards. Lead the training and development of a knowledgeable, experienced and productive Site Sanitation team; support and train other departments in sanitation methods and procedures. Provide timely and accurate reporting for company, customer and legislative requirements. Adhere to all Company and local policies, procedures and SOPs including OHS, Food Safety and Product Quality, and adopt any amendments or new policies that may be implemented. About You You are a hands‑on natural leader who is detail‑oriented, action‑driven and committed to excellence. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in food / FMCG or a related industry. Comprehensive knowledge of sanitary / chemical and food manufacturing standards. Strong leadership qualities, including independent decision‑making, team engagement and strategic planning abilities. Demonstrated capacity to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Commitment to continuous learning, improvement and adaptability. Proficiency in basic MS Office applications. Familiarity with business ERP systems such as Kleanz will be highly regarded. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility for weekend and after‑hours work. Benefits An attractive remuneration package including a performance bonus.
