Due to recent growth, we are seeking a dedicated In-Home Team Leader to join our passionate team. About the Role As an In-Home Team Leader, you will: Provide leadership and supervision to In-Home Carers, ensuring daily living support is delivered in line with organisational values, client preferences, care plans, policies and duty statements. Step into In-Home Carer duties when required. Support the recruitment of In-Home Carers as directed by the GM Regional Services. Contribute to mentoring, training, and performance management activities under the guidance of the GM Regional Services. Why Choose Carealot? Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering high‑quality care. Equipped with a current National Police Clearance and valid Australian working rights. You Will Bring: Experience in aged care, community services, or disability services. A Certificate IV in Aged Care or Community Services. Current First Aid and CPR qualifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A valid Australian Driver’s Licence. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Intermediate computer skills.
