Are you ready to make a real impact on people’s lives?ING Australia is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our Core Banking team The Senior Product Owner is a member of a squad within the Core Banking Program at ING to define and execute on the Business Design and Strategy for the Program in order to deliver on intended program outcomes.This role will reside in the Business Design Stream of the Core Banking Program, which is responsible for the overall scope and benefits of the Program, covering all areas of the end-to-end process across origination and account servicing.The Senior Product Owner will have the opportunity to work on a large-scale transformative program and be responsible for developing and executing the squad’s product vision to deliver value for customers.What You’ll DoDefine and communicate a clear product roadmap of prioritised features and associated user storiesContinual refinement of the team’s product backlogCollaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including Business Analysts, Feature Engineers, Domain Architects, Technology Delivery teams, Business Stakeholders and external vendorsEnsure stakeholder requirements have been captured and delivered based on priority whilst maintaining the integrity of the technical features and solutionIdentify and resolve process / system improvements to enhance customer experience and team productivityProvide business support, impact assessment and prioritisation during TestingWhat We’re Looking ForDemonstrated relevant experience (7+ years) in product ownership or delivery of banking transformation initiatives, preferably across business and ITExpert knowledge in regards to Core Banking and/or Mortgages Transformation projects across Retail and/or Commercial BankingAble to apply the key principles of customer centricity, balancing speed and quality, and promoting simple, automated, digitised processes and solutionsHas a risk focus and experience in mitigating delivered risk through effectively designed controlsDemonstrates self-leadership and is confident to work independently whilst also performing more complex tasks and analysisA holistic view and determines priorities based on key context and driversIs a go-to-person for the team when encountering challengesCapable of influencing stakeholder expectations to ensure optimal outcomes are achievedChallenges and improves own work and that of colleagues continuouslyWhat's in it for you?Discounted ING Health InsuranceAn additional Rest Day to support your well beingAn IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity to give back to our communityAbout Us
