The Role We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants across Greenfields, Barragup, Coolup, Dwellingup, Furnissdale, Nambeelup, North Dandalup, North Yunderup, Pinjarra, Ravenswood, South Yunderup, West Coolup, West Pinjarra. We have permanent roles available, offering flexible working hours. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am – 2:00pm. Responsibilities Support clients to undertake domestic tasks in the home as prescribed within the care/support plan, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain independence. Perform a range of domestic tasks including making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, with some social support in the community. Follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, and consult a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app independently. About you 3‑6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience. A valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition. Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills. Employee Benefits $32.86 per hour plus super. Travel allowance of $1.03 per kilometre. Provided with a mobile phone for work purposes. 17.5% annual leave loading and excess leave cash‑out options. 4‑6 weeks annual leave per year, with ability to purchase up to 4 additional weeks.
