In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard a diverse and committed workforce. Your work will strategically and directly support our mission by ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver high-quality services to those who need them most. Key Responsibilities The primary purpose of this role is to source, assess and select candidates who not only meet the role requirements but also embody our values, ensuring a strong alignment with our mission to support children, young people, families and carers. Using best practice Talent Acquisition strategies the role contributes to building a diverse, inclusive and committed workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Manage recruitment campaigns from advertising through to onboarding. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and compliance checks. Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Maintain accurate recruitment records and utilise platforms such as LiveHire and Page Up. Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices and compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies. About You You are a purpose-driven recruitment professional who thrives in a people-focused environment. Guided by our values you bring a collaborative spirit and a deep commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring practices. Having a collaborative and consultative approach to stakeholder engagement, your team and candidates we work with is imperative. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment ideally within the community services or disability sector. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle high-volume recruitment.
