Supply Chain Integration Reporting Analyst

Integration Reporting Analyst Work location: Melbourne Role type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders to design, build, test, and validate key supply chain integration reports. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with IBM Cognos , an understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable, high‑quality reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and enhance Cognos reports, dashboards, and data models to support supply chain integration initiatives. Perform thorough unit testing, system testing, and user validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs. Work with cross‑functional teams (IT, supply chain, integration teams) to ensure data alignment and consistency across systems. Troubleshoot reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long‑term solutions. Support data quality checks and participate in integration testing cycles. Prepare documentation including report specifications, testing results, and user guides. Ensure all reporting solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6+ years of experience in IBM Cognos (Report Studio, Framework Manager, Dashboarding). Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, order management, etc.). Experience in data modeling , relational databases, and SQL. Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. Hands‑on experience with testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Good-to-Have Experience with supply chain integration tools Knowledge of BI best practices and reporting governance frameworks. Exposure to cloud‑based data platforms or data warehousing concepts. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
