We are currently seeking enthusiastic Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team on a permanent part time basis. About the Role As a Room Attendant you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the service, presentation and cleanliness of the Great Barrier Reef’s first Eco Resort. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager your key responsibilities will include: Clean and maintain guest accommodation rooms to the highest possible standards Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas Perform laundry duties when required Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional guest experiences What We’re Looking For: Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within specified timeframes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Be willing and able to work a rotating roster, that will include weekends and public holidays Be willing and able to commute daily from Cairns to Green Island via Catamaran, plus stay overnight on the island for up to 2 nights per week Able to start early December Stability in a long-established business proud of their inclusive culture and working environment Discounted boat tours and cruises for your family and friends Discounted diving tours in Cairns and Port Douglas A wide range of special discounts with our industry partners and goods suppliers How to apply If you’re ready to bring great service and friendly energy to our island team, we’d love to hear from you.
