(pro-rate) depending on qualifications and experience plus up to 14% superannuation About the role Federation TAFE is home to vocational education and training delivered by Federation University Australia and offers a broad range of quality education and training programmes, reflecting state and national priorities that address the training needs of individuals and industry. Utilising your previous experience and/or teaching knowledge you will address the education and training needs of adults who need to improve their literacy, basic maths and general education skills to access further study, employment or to participate in the community. About you You will have the ability to research, develop and implement innovative and appropriate teaching curriculum while effectively utilising online learning platforms and technologies. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to complete administrative tasks, including the ability to maintain accurate online and physical records. Responsibilities Plan, prepare, deliver and assess training programmes. Monitor, assess and record student attendance, progress and results. Participate in internal and external contractual audits. Evaluate student teaching and learning resources. Possess a current security FIT2Work clearance. Qualifications It is a requirement of this position that you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education. All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid employee Working With Children Check (WWCC).
