Located just moments from Melbourne's CBD in Kew East, Green Acres Golf Club is known as one of the premier members club in the region. Our club has a strong membership base that makes use of its first‑class facilities including the 18‑hole golf course and modern recently renovated Clubhouse which features a large members bar, Golf Centre, function spaces, and member amenities. We are seeking a Golf Operations Assistant on a casual basis to work in our Golf Centre complementing our existing team of golf and retail staff. The position requires a motivated person wanting to work at a busy, friendly, members golf club. Applicants who have previous experience in a similar environment and a solid understanding of the game of golf will be preferred for this role. Good computer skills and a positive demeanor are imperative. The primary role involves providing customer service to the members of our Club, which will include managing player traffic, competition administration, data entry, retail golf sales, answering phone enquiries, and general duties. Workplace training will be provided. As the business is open 7 days a week, availability to work on any day of the week is a requirement of this role. Australian work rights are required for this position. Experience with golf booking software is essential for this role. Must be available most Saturdays.
