As we continue to expand, we are seeking two motivated and experienced Bilingual Accountants to join our multicultural team and make a real impact in helping our clients thrive. About the Role As an Accountant, you will work closely with both individuals and businesses, delivering tailored financial strategies and advice. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting our clients with tax planning, business consulting, and cross-border financial matters. You will play a key role in helping our clients—many of whom have strong ties to Colombia—navigate complex tax regulations and financial systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships. Conduct financial reporting and data analysis to support client decision‑making. Provide ongoing business advisory and tax planning services to ensure clients remain compliant and strategically positioned for growth. Liaise with clients in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction. Maintain compliance with Australian taxation laws and ATO requirements at all times. Assist with BAS/IAS preparation as needed to support client operations. Provide expertise on Capital Gains Tax and guide clients through the complexities of this area. Offer guidance on cross‑border financial issues, particularly relating to Colombian tax systems and regulations. What We’re Looking For Experience or a strong understanding of Colombian tax systems and regulations. Proven experience in financial advisory or business consulting, with a deep understanding of Australian tax laws. Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Spanish. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team. A passion for delivering outstanding client service and making tax and financial matters accessible to everyone. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in Australia. Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
