Head of Commercial Excellence, Nestlé Health Science Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) aims to be the market leader in specialised nutrition solutions that enhance consumer health and wellbeing. We have an exciting opportunity for an influential and strategic leader to join as Head of Commercial Excellence in Melbourne. In this leadership role, you will shape the commercial strategy across retail and institutional channels, driving initiatives that optimize operations, elevate sales and marketing effectiveness, and deliver sustainable top and bottom-line growth. Leading a high-performing team, you’ll collaborate across functions to embed best-in-class practices and enable business success while staying true to our mission of delivering innovative health and nutrition solutions. A day in the Life… As Head of Commercial Excellence, you’ll lead with vision and deliver results through strategic initiatives that shape commercial performance across our institutional & retail channels. Own the design and implementation of sales force strategies that set the standard for performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to adapt global best practices for local markets to drive efficiency and impact. Define clear performance metrics and design competitive incentive plans that motivate results. Continuously track progress and refine strategies to ensure sales objectives are met. Support the flawless execution of the HCP engagement strategy for Oceania, leveraging global solutions and creating cost-effective, multi-channel touchpoints to drive growth. Buildfield team capability through targeted training, coaching, and competency programs to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders. Use insights and analytics to provide a clear view of market trends and business performance. Enable data-driven decisions that accelerate growth. Lead organizational development and process improvement projects to boost efficiency and foster a culture of ongoing improvement. What will make you successful: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Science, or Business 4–8 years in large multinational is preferable, with exposure to sales, marketing, training, and business planning tools. Proven ability in financial analysis, P&L management, and strategic planning. Deep understanding of trade, competition, and market dynamics; ability to adapt quickly to change. Proficiency in CRM systems, resource allocation, and sales training tools. Ability to work effectively across organizational structures and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
