Retail Supervisor – Yahava Koffee Works We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to work with us in assisting our goal of becoming the ultimate coffee destination. You would be the Leader of Retail packaging and sales, and will play a vital role in ensuring the two ends of the team are working in perfect unison to bring an amazing retail experience for our customers. It is primarily an operational role that hinges on your ability to provide amazing customer experiences, be it digital or in person, as well as an having the organisational ability to ensure others always have the same opportunity. Responsibilities Supervise retail team staff daily to maintain good morale and ensure processes are followed Organise rosters for the production and packaging team Coordinate the retail sales team Manage online orders through the Yahava website to ensure they’re completed correctly and on time Provide excellent customer service, handling feedback and complaints with care Oversee the coffee subscription program Support the General Manager with retail packaging and sales goals, and share these with the team Handle end‑of‑day cash processes Ensure limited release coffees are packaged and displayed effectively and on time Share new ideas to improve retail production and sales Qualifications & Experience At least 12 months of experience as a Retail Supervisor is essential.
