For our own projects, we are looking for: COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR Ref code: CR_2406-162_Commissioning Supervisor Job summary MISSION: Responsible for overseeing the commissioning of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical commissioning supervision, with the ability to support electrical and instrumentation activities as needed.
TASKS: Oversee and manage the mechanical commissioning activities of HRSG on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines. Provide support for electrical and instrumentation installation activities as required. Coordinate daily activities, monitor the progress of work, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources. Assist and guide on-site personnel by resolving technical questions and issues autonomously. Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out to the highest standards and according to the project plan. Troubleshoot and provide immediate solutions to any technical challenges that arise during the commissioning. Prepare and issue weekly progress reports to evaluate and communicate the advancement of the work. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, technical issues resolved, and any deviations from the project plan. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and practices on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all team members are aware of and comply with HSE policies. Report any safety incidents or near misses promptly and take corrective actions as needed. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in commissioning supervision, specifically with HRSG installation. Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical/instrumentation commissioning supervision. Fluent level of English (written and spoken).
