In this role you will work within an agile development team to design and build interactive web applications, focusing on the Aider product within the Karbon product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Balance speed and quality—You adeptly balance the need for speed with a commitment to quality, accelerating when necessary and attending to detail for excellent outcomes. Work effectively as part of a team—Software development is a team sport; you will collaborate closely with colleagues and with the quality assurance team to resolve issues raised during testing. Build and maintain—You will develop innovative products and ensure the continuous operation of existing Karbon software applications, optimizing user experiences and experimenting with conversion funnels. Autonomy—You engage fully and creatively with problems, finding joy in learning and exploration. Own your work—You take genuine pride in your creations, feeling a deep sense of responsibility for the products you develop and their impact on customers. Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience in fullstack development. Proficiency in React.js, MobX (or similar), and Ant Design (or similar) for front‑end development. Experience consuming and integrating with various serverless APIs. Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms. Experience in A/B testing, Feature Flags, and data analysis to optimize key metrics such as user acquisition and retention. Good analytical skills and problem‑solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills to work in an international, multi‑location team. Has initiative and passion for all things web, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Ability to work as part of a team and take pride and ownership in their work. Passionate about users behaviour, anticipating their needs and preferences. Passionate about developing consumer‑facing software used globally and across industries. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent experience is needed.
