Head of Workforce Development Gymnastics Australia invites applications for the Head of Workforce Development role. This position is central to delivering high‑quality education, accreditation and professional development programs for clubs, coaches and judges across Australia. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the design, delivery and continuous evolution of national education, accreditation and professional development frameworks. Ensure a contemporary, high‑quality workforce system that supports coaches, judges, administrators and volunteers. Collaborate closely with National Commission volunteers and State/Territory Association colleagues. Lead continuous improvement of systems and support people. Qualifications Strategic thinker with experience leading education, workforce or capability frameworks. Skilled at building relationships and influencing across a complex stakeholder environment. Passionate about learning, quality assurance and community impact. Capable operator who delivers reliably, collaboratively and with purpose. Motivated by strengthening systems, supporting people and driving continuous improvement. Location & Working Style Preference for Melbourne‑based candidates to support in‑person collaboration at the national head office. Outstanding remote candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate strong rapport, stay connected, work autonomously and travel as required. Application Applications close Friday 30 January.
