About your opportunity: In this position you will: Provide daily dosing, monitoring and supervision of prisoners on opioid substitution treatment. Carry our initial assessments of offenders in the correctional centre as needed and assist the Clinical Nurse Consultant and Prescribing Officers to initiate and manage treatment. Provide effective and efficient, high level clinical care in the area of clinical speciality and work in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Consultant to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in patient care. Ensure that procedures are carried out in accordance with nursing policy, professional standards and the Offender Health and Medical policies and procedures to ensure a safe and offender care focused working environment. Effectively manage self-development.
