If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Maroochydore, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks. Responsibilities Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Maroochydore – Main Road Located in a bustling residential and commercial area, our centre is conveniently close to community facilities, public transport, local schools, and shops. Our 71-place centre caters to children aged six weeks to 5 years across 4 rooms, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where they can thrive. We believe in supporting each child's individual needs, interests, and strengths. We are looking for an Assistant Director to lead and guide our passionate educators in providing a holistic approach to early childhood education, respecting and incorporating cultural needs within our centre.
