About the role: We are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Operations Manager to join our team full-time. This role focuses on building strong community presence, delivering exceptional service to families, and leading a high-performing team. You'll be a key advocate of our culture and service standards, supporting families before, during, and after the funeral process. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimise daily operations across multiple locations Manage budgets, labour costs, and EBITDA targets Ensure compliance with HSE, auditing, and risk management standards Support and develop a high-performing, multi-brand team Drive local marketing and community engagement Maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction Oversee rostering, timetabling, and inventory coordination About you: You are a natural leader who inspires and empowers your team.
