As a Store Manager, you will lead a counter team in a luxury beauty environment and drive exceptional customer experiences and sales results at the Myer Sydney City Armani Beauty Counter. What you will do Motivate, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Achieve personal and counter sales targets, exceed KPIs, and contribute to the brand's overall success; develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximise sales and profitability Oversee daily counter operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards Provide expert beauty advice and personalised consultations to clients, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and artistry Partner with Retail and Education Managers to develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with brand objectives Who you are 5+ years of experience in beauty management, preferably with a three-axis beauty brand (fragrance, skincare, and makeup) Deep understanding of current makeup and cosmetic trends, with a passion for staying ahead Demonstrated experience in makeup or skincare retail with a strong focus on customer service excellence Makeup certification/diploma or equivalent experience in professional makeovers Proven ability to strategise, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth What we provide Attractive commission scheme recognizing and rewarding sales achievements Extensive training from day one and ongoing support to become a true product expert Clear pathways for career progression to help you reach professional goals About L'Oréal Luxe In the L’Oréal Luxe Division, we create the very best of luxury beauty.
