Based in Toowoomba, we’re a small, close-knit team that values collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive thinking. About the role: We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Toowoomba office. This is a diverse and hands‑on role where you’ll support our admin, sales, operations, and accounts teams to keep things running efficiently. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and can think a few steps ahead, this could be the perfect fit. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing phone and email communication with customers and suppliers Processing sales orders and purchase orders Assisting with accounts payable and receivable data entry Maintaining filing systems and general office records Taking initiative to identify and assist with what needs to be done next Essential skills and attributes: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and stay organised Positive attitude and willingness to learn 2+ years experience in administration, bookkeeping, or office support What’s on offer: Casual position – approximately 25‑30 hours per week, with variability depending on workload Flexible hours and days to suit the right candidate Supportive, friendly workplace culture that values initiative, communication, and teamwork How to apply: If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you Click “Apply Now” to submit your application.
