Head of Community Operations

As Head of Community Operations, you will shape the resident experience and drive operational performance across a fast-growing national portfolio. You will build a best-in‑class operations function that delivers consistency, care, and commercial success across all Vivacity communities. You will combine high‑level strategic oversight with practical, on‑the‑ground leadership during Vivacity’s growth phase, ensuring systems, people, and processes scale effectively. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Drive operational excellence aligned with Vivacity’s growth and performance goals. People & Culture: Lead and mentor Community Managers to deliver exceptional resident experiences, fostering a culture that reflects Vivacity’s values. Community Management Systems: Oversee implementation of standardised community and facilities management systems and resident platforms, leveraging technology to enhance the resident experience and operational efficiency. Financial Management: Deliver strong financial outcomes through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Compliance & Risk: Maintain high standards of safety, governance, and legislative compliance. Performance Insights: Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational success and drive continuous improvement. Integration: Oversee onboarding and stabilisation of new communities and acquisitions. Collaboration: Partner cross‑functionally with Development, Marketing, and Finance to achieve portfolio objectives. You’ll Thrive If You: Have led multi‑site operations in lifestyle, hospitality, or retirement sectors. Excel at balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on problem‑solving.
