As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Print Production Person to join our team and grow with us. Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our production team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn new skills and take on challenges. Someone who is willing to go offsite on signage installations, climb up ladders and carry panels. If you have a passion for production, a desire to be part of a fast-paced environment, and an ambition to grow within the print industry, this is the opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Operate printing equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Manage the production process to ensure quality and timeliness of print jobs. Monitor the workflow and adjust as needed to meet deadlines. Prepare materials, set up printing presses, and ensure accurate setup for various projects. Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Assist with inventory management and ensure adequate supplies for ongoing projects. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and increase efficiency. Be proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline production and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: Prior experience in a print shop or manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong ambition to grow in the print industry. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A willingness to learn new processes and technologies. Ability to adapt to changes in production schedules or priorities. Positive attitude and self-motivation are essential. Australian Driver’s license is required. Why Join Us?
