Beacon Legal is on the lookout for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join its growing in-house division.About Beacon LegalBeacon Legal is a recruitment and career consultancy for the legal industry. We combine legal qualifications and experience with recruitment management to provide a bespoke service to candidates and clients. We have offices in London, Brisbane and Sydney and we provide services in key international markets.We currently have 23 team members across Australia and London. We are the Australian market leader and are continuing to grow our team and market share. We will do this whilst enhancing our reputation as a reliable, credible and specialist legal recruitment business, which mirrors the professionalism of our clients.Our in-house team services a diverse client base across a range of industries. Generally, a high performing legal recruiter will earn more than if they were a lawyer at the same level, which is what we aim for.Employee Share Option Plan so you can benefit from the continuing growth and success of the business.What will you be doing?You'll be playing a pivotal role in the growth of our in-house recruitment practice. It's an exciting time to be joining the in-house division as we look to further establish our reputation as the leading specialist in-house recruitment team in the country.Your work will include the following:Attending job briefings with our established client base. You will regularly participate in VC and face to face meetings with HR team members and General Counsels from a range of domestic and international businesses.Engaging in correspondence and meeting with lawyers in a professional manner to develop your candidate pool of active and passive candidates.Write, post and monitor job adverts on Job Boards and LinkedIn.Qualifying candidates to fit job briefs, sourcing interested and suitable candidates and submitting their details for jobs.Attending candidate meetings, lunches and events.Assist with candidate and client interview processes, providing information, guidance and feedback throughout each stage, for both parties, as a trusted advisor.Hitting targets, both financial and non-financial, to develop yours and the company's reputation to achieve success.Working as part of a team to help your colleagues, just as they will help you.What are we looking for?Beacon Legal prides itself on its culture.
