We are looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced Café All-Rounders (Barista experience an advantage) who are passionate about people, quality food, and great coffee to join our team at Merlo Toowoomba stores: Wyalla, Russell St and Xpress. Multiple x Cafe All-Rounder/ Barista roles, offering 20-30 hours per week The role: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer feels welcome and appreciated. Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to Merlo standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Follow health and safety procedures. Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu options. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and presentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
