ServiceNow is at the core of this transformation – driving automation, streamlining workflows and enhancing service delivery. What's a typical day look like? Design, develop and maintain custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including applications, workflows and integrations Build and extend modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request and Asset Management Develop custom UI pages, scripts, business rules, flow designer workflows and API integrations Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub Support ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management and Service Mapping for infrastructure visibility Collaborate with the Service Delivery, Infrastructure and Security teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions Ensure solutions adhere to ITIL, security and governance standards aligned to the financial services sector Troubleshoot, optimise and enhance existing code and workflows for better performance and usability Participate in platform upgrades, patches and feature rollouts, ensuring stability and continuity Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and new functionality, identifying opportunities for platform innovation About you: 5+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer within enterprise or financial services environments Proven experience developing across core modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and CMDB Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Client Scripts Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management Understanding of ITIL practices and ability to translate process into ServiceNow functionality Experience developing within SecOps, GRC, or HRSD modules advantageous but not essential Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps integration a plus ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) highly desirable If you're a ServiceNow Developer looking to make an impact in a global financial organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
