About Us Kryal Castle is Australia’s only medieval castle and one of Ballarat’s premier tourist attractions, offering guests an unforgettable experience. Our accommodation includes motel‑style rooms, dormitories, tiny homes, cabins, as well as caravan and camping sites. About the Role As a housekeeper, you’ll work closely with our housekeeping supervisor to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all rooms and onsite amenities to ensure guests have a comfortable and safe stay. This is daytime weekend work, perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and enjoys variety in their day. Perform general cleaning and sanitising of rooms, bathrooms, amenities, and shared spaces. Complete changeovers, restock supplies, and ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals. Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums. Monitor and report maintenance or safety concerns. Collaborate with the wider Kryal Castle team to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for all.
