Casual Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Assistant Independent Living Specialists is a fast-growing business in the rapidly expanding Health Care industry. ILS has evolved over the last 18 years to be the largest retailer of Assistive Technology equipment in Australia. We have 60 stores and over 850 team members located in the ACT, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, and are continuing to expand our footprint. We are looking for a well-presented individual who enjoys working with people to join our team as Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Assistant based out of Bega, NSW for 20-25 hours per week. If you are someone who likes engaging with the public and enjoys being out on the road then this role could be suited to you. Our ideal candidate will also be flexible in their approach to work, possess a strong team and work ethic and must be prepared to participate in company training. Duties include: Make contact with the customers to notify them of delivery times. Deliver, set up the equipment in clients' homes and medical facilities, and be trained to explain the functionality of the item for use. Assist with warehousing, goods in and out. Requirements: Have a professional and courteous manner, to build rapport and relationships with the clients and customers. Excellent Driver History Report. Ability to work unsupervised, and collaboratively with your team. A current Driver's License is essential for this position (provisional/learners licenses will not be accepted). Current National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain). Provide a working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Current NDIS Worker screening check (or willingness to obtain). Appointment will be subject to compliant immunisation screening. Must be fully COVID-19 Vaccinated (3 doses).
