We connect some of the world’s leading brands with our community of opt‑in Creators. TRIBE combines an approach of technology and team to enable brands to easily source, brief, and licence creator content and we are partners with some of the biggest, including Meta, TikTok & Snap. What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end success across TRIBE’s key accounts Lead client strategy, creator planning, and performance insights Build strong creator relationships to power ongoing partnerships Unlock growth through proactive ideas, upsell opportunities & strategic reviews Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign Management & Community team Deliver data‑rich reporting that turns insights into action Become a trusted advisor and champion TRIBE within clients' broader marketing strategies To Qualify, You’ll Need: 6+ years in Senior Account Management, or similar strategic client partner role Solid experience in influencer/creator marketing industry Proven ability to grow and retain key accounts 2+ years experience using data to inform strategy Exposure to paid media strategies (preferred) Excellent project/program management – able to juggle multiple campaigns effortlessly Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred) AND, to truly thrive you will have: Commercial mindset + high intellectual curiosity Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills Resilient, proactive, solution‑oriented Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable presenting strategy, insights, and creator rationale confidently Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by fast‑paced environments Deep understanding of creators — what motivates them, how they work, and how to brief them effectively Possess exceptional communication, enabling you to effortlessly build rapport with all stakeholders and drive successful outcomes Ready to Lead, Grow & Create Real Impact?
