Take that next step in your career and support children’s learning and development as a Room Leader. In this role you’ll plan and implement fun and interactive programs that will spark a child’s imagination while ensuring the smooth-running operation of routines and curriculums, giving them a nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. Our Banksia Grove centre features a spacious, nature-based play environment where children can explore, play and learn. The centre is modern and purpose-built, with each room overlooking our beautiful natural playscape. We are proud to provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing setting where children feel secure, and families are valued, respected and actively involved in their child’s learning journey. About you You’ll be passionate about being a part of children’s learning and development. You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and develop your leadership skills. AQF Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent Prior Room Leader experience is not essential Experience in developing and implementing programs A passion for supporting children to learn and grow Current HLTAID012 and CPR or willingness to obtain WA Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months) To Apply Click “Apply Now” to visit our website and submit your application.
