We are a not-for-profit organisation providing essential in-home support services to elderly clients across the Mount Barker area. About the Role As a Home Support Worker, your primary focus will be to support our clients with assistance with everyday tasks. Tasks can include: General house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping) Laundry and linen changes Reporting any concerns regarding client well-being Personal Care Transportation of clients to Medical appointments, social outings and daily activities. What You’ll Need You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Certificate III in Individual Care - Aged, or related (Advantageous) What We Offer Rewarding work with real community impact Supportive and inclusive team environment Flexible shifts to suit your availability Training provided – no prior experience required but desirable Access to salary packaging benefits (increase your take-home pay) Unlike many similar roles, we also pay for your travelling time between clients.
