We are exclusively partnering with a highly reputable Life Sciences & Medical Equipment company to secure a Senior Project Manager. This role will lead ambitious, fast-paced internal product development projects. This role sits within the Product Development (PD) group, which owns everything from a “blank sheet of paper with a goal” through to transfer to manufacture. You will manage complex systems involving mechanical, hardware, electronics, and software within a strong regulatory and quality environment, navigating uncertainty and research-driven challenges. Key Responsibilities Drive effective planning and execution of product development projects from concept to manufacturing transfer. Lead governance, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for multi-disciplinary teams. Establish and maintain robust project processes aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners. Report progress, risks, and corrective actions to senior leadership and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Degree in science or engineering; PMP, Prince2 or similar certification highly regarded. 5–10+ years’ experience managing complex product development projects in regulated environments. Proven ability to deliver integrated R&D projects, ideally involving electromechanical systems and software. Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences. Why Join Our Client?
