We’re looking for self-starting graduates to join our two-year graduate program at our Darwin office, you will be joining a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants in our mission to help Australians be safe and well at work. Responsibilities Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have a work-related or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced a work-debilitating illness. Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living. Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers (for example audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing). Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests. Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client’s progress toward their return-to-work goal. Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives. What’s in it for you? Relocation Reimbursement - live in a different state and want to relocate to Darwin? we are offering relocation reimbursement of up to $5000. Qualifications A degree in Occupational Therapy. Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation, upon graduating. Graduating in 2025 and can start early 2026. Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable, but not essential). Obtain a current Working with Children Check and have a pre-employment national criminal check. Hold a full drivers’ license (own vehicle is not necessary).
