Here's the deal: You've spent years selling to real estate agencies—software, marketing, portals, training, whatever. You know principals and directors in southeastern Melbourne. You've built trust. Now there's an opportunity to turn those relationships into income without leaving your current role. What we do: Lite Touch Developments helps property owners in Bayside, Kingston, and Glen Eira subdivide backyards and add second dwellings. We’re addressing Australia’s housing crisis one backyard at a time—creating affordable housing for first home buyers and intergenerational living solutions. All transparent, all ethical, no hidden fees. What you’d do: Introduce us to 6‑12 real estate agencies, buyers agents, or short‑stay property managers you already know in southeastern Melbourne. We’re after professionals who actually care about their clients—the ones who refused to touch the dodgy ‘channel partners’ property investment model. Open the door; we do the rest. What you would earn: $1,500 per project sale that comes through a partner you introduce First 10 sales OR 18 months (whichever comes first) Potential: Up to $15,000 per right network x 6–12 networks = ??? Why this could work: We’re not asking you to quit your job. This is a sideline—a few strategic introductions leveraging relationships you’ve already built. For someone with the right network, it’s straightforward income. And if you’ve got serious business acumen and an integrity‑based work ethic, there might be something bigger down the track. You're a fit if you: Sold B2B products/services to real estate agencies for 3‑5+ years (CRM, portals, marketing, training, whatever) Have direct relationships with 8+ agency principals or directors in southeastern Melbourne Know which agencies genuinely care about clients (not just commissions) Appreciate ethical business—we’re the opposite of the dodgy off‑the‑plan investment racket Can open doors and transfer trust to someone new We are a forward‑thinking, transparent company committed to ethical development.
