We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work in a full-time capacity as a Sales Consultant at our Betta Seaford store. About the Company Our company comprises of 4 Betta Home Living stores located in Seaford, Port Pirie, Victor Harbor and Pimpama. We have a fantastic team of committed and high performing Sales Consultants. We are looking for standout, committed and self-motivated professional Sales Consultants to join our team. We have a reputation foralways putting our customers at the front of everything we do and by doing this achieving great sales results. About the Role The Sales Consultant will engage with our customers through our defined sales process to understand, identify and educate our customers on the solutions that we provide. The Sales Consultant will drive sales results and key metrics through providing a proactive and focused approach to each customer engagement. Whilst maintaining sales performance the Sales Consultant will provide a level of service that ensures our brand and reputation is promoted through the customers we serve in a positive and respectful manner. About You Self motivated Ethical sales practices Well groomed with professional presentation Enjoys interaction with a wide variety of customers Enjoys the sales process and working towards targets and KPIs Understand that customers are front and center of everything we do A team player that contributes to productive working relationships Display a professional manner when representing the Betta Home Living brand Have Excellent Communication skills – written, verbal and listening Be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual Maintain high attention to details and accuracy Preferably (not essentially) have experience working in the electrical appliances and home goods industry Experience required to successfully fulfil the requirements of this role include a proven record of achieving KPI's and sales targets.
