You will also Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests.* **Ensure accurate records** – manage documentation, labour hours, and invoicing in Microsoft AX to maintain accuracy and efficiency.* **Support scheduling and workflow** – assist Superintendents and Diesel Fitters with labour allocation, service calls, and task management.* **Contribute to quoting and collaboration** – help prepare accurate repair estimates and work closely with technicians and supervisors to deliver for customers.* **Administration Support** – Schedule Flights and Accommodation for crew members onsite and managing flight budgets as per contract requirements. Receipting in goods for the team, ie PPE and Tooling.
