What we are looking for With current works we are seeking experienced Dozer and Grader operators for ongoing roles on bulk earthworks and civil construction projects. DGA has been awarded multiple contracts for earthworks projects in the Pilbara. Rosters will be FIFO 2 : 1 from Perth. Multiskilled operators are highly sought after. Duties may include civil works helping build access tracks, maintaining rough levels, and forming batters. Models will include D9 / D10 Dozers. Requirements for this Role Experience operating the Dozer in production / earthworks environment Current driver’s licence – HR licence ideal but not essential Nationally accredited ticket for Dozer White Card Excellent safety record and previous FIFO experience Self‑motivated and positive individuals Be well presented and physically fit and able to pass a pre‑employment medical – including drug and alcohol screen Benefits of working for Diverse Group Australia Ongoing work and opportunities for permanent positions for high performers.
