Join us and help bring great experiences to life, starting with you Due to company growth, we are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis, located out of Gordonvale, Cairns . Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a premium residential lifestyle community in Gordonvale, just outside Cairns. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll be the driving force behind the successful coordination of multiple contractors, ensuring quality homes are delivered on time and to specification. You’ll be managing a long-term project (6–8 years), with civil works underway and clubhouse and home construction commencing shortly. With up to four principal contractors on site, your ability to maintain harmony, uphold standards, and keep the program on track will be critical. Act as the central point of contact for civil and building contractors, ensuring collaboration and accountability. Conduct regular quality control and defect inspections, particularly as homes near completion. Oversee WH&S compliance and site security, including daily perimeter checks. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including remote teams. Liaise with customers during the sales and settlement process, ensuring a smooth experience. About You Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Site Supervisor in residential building. Trade background (ideally carpentry) with strong commercial project management experience. Firm, confident leadership style with the ability to manage contractors and resolve site issues diplomatically. Strong local knowledge of the Cairns region and existing contractor relationships. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards of reporting and compliance.
