Join to apply for the Senior Animator role at GamblingCareers.com The Animator is responsible for crafting and animating symbols, characters, and images used in game software, progressive slots, and other gaming products. This role collaborates with designers and programmers to develop innovative gaming concepts and engaging products. What You'll Do Highly creative, with exceptional design and layout skills. Contributes at all levels of the art production pipeline, from conceptualizing game designs to final game art, providing multiple creative solutions throughout. Detail-oriented and maintains organized, layered files and asset storage. Works closely with the Art Director and team to develop artistically and professionally. Understands the rules of animation and applies them to work. Invents textures and lighting for 2D and/or 3D objects and scenes. Produces outstanding animations and graphics in both 2D and 3D formats. Proficiency in character animation is advantageous. Develops storyboards and animatics for game workflow. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Art Design, Animation, or related field. Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in creative design in casino gaming. Proficient in Photoshop and After Effects, as well as After Effects plug-ins such as Red Giant and/or Video Copilot. Knowledge in Autodesk Maya and related 3D art packages, intermediate level abilities in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting and animation a plus. Knowledge of storyboarding, video production and 2D/3D animation. Able to break down animation assets needed per task and provide accurate estimates. Exceptional drawing, illustration and composition ability is a plus. Must have the ability to speak, read and understand English, tolerate moderate to occasional high levels of stress, be capable of multi-tasking, and meet deadlines. Why Aristocrat?
