About the Role We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Farm Manager to oversee operations in the Griffith Region, NSW. This region includes farms in Griffith (postcode 2680), Hanwood (2680), Narrandera (2700), Goolgowi (2652), and near Rankins Springs (2669). As a Farm Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our state‑of‑the‑art, tunnel‑ventilated broiler bird farms. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and operational metrics. Leading, training, and motivating a team of 6–8 staff to achieve excellence in a professional and commercial environment. Driving continuous improvement in animal welfare, productivity, quality, and environmental practices. Adhering to relevant legislation and company policies, including biosecurity, safety, and environmental standards. Building strong working relationships with company representatives and external stakeholders. Managing bird growing requirements using advanced shed management techniques. Ensuring farm presentation and standards remain at the highest level. Strong leadership and team development skills, with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence. A proactive, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on approach to farm management. High regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, promoting a positive WHS culture. Physical fitness to perform farm duties, supported by a pre‑employment functional assessment (including drug and alcohol testing). The right to work in Australia.
