This department helps to make life of all Australians safer and is looking for a Network Engineer. Working in Brisbane, Canberra or Melbourne office, you will be focused on engineering for their highly secure IT networks. This is an end‑to‑end role working on all aspects of network security. Responsibilities Day to day network management and engineering Identify and implement network security improvements Assisting in requirement analysis and design Resolution of network issues Ensuring system / network integrity Compliance with in/external security frameworks Qualifications 7+ years in complex secure network environments Strong understanding of Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) Experience with telecommunications products Cisco, Palo Alto, F5 experience (ideally certified) Firewall, load balancing, proxy and VPN experience Australian citizenship with the ability to get an NV1 clearance Benefits On offer to the successful candidate will be a permanent role with a salary package circa $210,000.
