Description This is your chance to help our residents live their best lives every day What Makes This Role Special Purposeful work: create and deliver fun, meaningful and engaging activities that brighten residents’ days. Supportive environment: join a warm and friendly team that’s as passionate about residents as you are. What You'll Be Doing Plan and facilitate activities that bring joy and engagement to residents. Collaborate closely with residents to ensure their interests and needs are reflected in the programs. Provide compassionate support to the care team, including assisting with meals and mobility when needed. What You Need to Be Successful A Certificate III in Aged Care with previous lifestyle experience. A bright, bubbly personality and excellent communication skills. A creative and innovative mindset, with a genuine passion for helping others thrive. Current Police Clearance (valid for less than 6 months). It is recommended that you have 2 COVID vaccinations and an up‑to‑date flu vaccination.
