Programme Details Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we'll help you detangle any challenges along the way. For Civil, Structural and Geotechnical graduates, we've got a number of positions for our program in Responsibilities Contribute to planning and design activities for aviation infrastructure projects, including airside and landside works. Assist with preparing reports, drawings, and documentation to support project delivery. Work collaboratively with engineers and other professionals across disciplines. Contribute to bids and tenders by assisting with technical inputs and cost estimates. Engage with clients and stakeholders under guidance, building communication and consulting skills. Participate in inspections and site visits to gain hands-on experience with construction and compliance requirements. Engage in professional development through mentoring and structured learning opportunities.
